Registered Architect / Project Manager – Sarasota Florida (10-22-24)

FleischmanGarciaMaslowski Architecture is currently seeking an exceptional Registered Architect/Project Manager, specializing in healthcare, commercial and K-12 projects. This person will manage, organize and coordinate project teams, be responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents is consistent with the design intent, be responsible for project schedules and budgets, and oversee construction administration. The ideal candidate should have the skills to contribute in a collaborative team atmosphere and the initiative to grow within the firm.

Required skills include:

• Possess strong design skills in Revit Architecture
• Knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management
• Strong presentation skills

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial architecture
• Licensed Architect registered in Florida
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project Management Software or equal
• Proficiency in Enscape or other rendering software a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Candidates must reside in Sarasota, FL or within driving distance to the office. This is not a remote position.
