This presentation will provide up-to-date knowledge of primers on steel. During the seminar you will learn about the three main types of primers. Attendees will receive information to improve the decision process regarding primers to be used. Topics covered include steel and how it gets to your project, rusting of steel, how primers can reduce rusting and prepare the steel surface for the application of finish coatings, and what's required for fire coatings are to be used on the steel. Specifications and installation will be covered.
